Stellar Window Cleaning provides exterior cleaning and maintenance services, including but not limited to: window cleaning, construction window cleaning, solar panel cleaning, gutter cleaning, on-site screen repair, pressure washing / soft washing, high dusting, and junk removal. Services are available in Bend, Oregon and surrounding Central Oregon communities, subject to scheduling availability.
3. Quotes and Pricing
All quotes provided through our website or by phone are estimates based on the information you provide. Final pricing may vary based on actual property conditions observed at the time of service. We will communicate any changes to the quoted price before beginning work. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
4. Scheduling and Cancellations
Service appointments are scheduled based on availability. We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a fee. If we need to reschedule due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances, we will contact you promptly to arrange an alternative date.
5. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Late payments may be subject to a service charge of 1.5% per month (18% annual percentage rate) on any outstanding balance.
6. Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our service, please notify us within 48 hours of completion. We will return to address the issue at no additional cost. This guarantee does not cover conditions resulting from normal wear, subsequent weather events, or issues arising from pre-existing damage.
7. Customer Responsibilities
To ensure safe and effective service, customers agree to:
- Provide clear and safe access to all areas requiring service
- Remove or secure fragile items, pets, and valuables from work areas
- Disclose any known hazards, including fragile glass, lead-based paint, or structural concerns
- Provide accurate information about the property for quoting purposes
- Ensure water and electrical access is available if needed
8. Limitation of Liability
Stellar Window Cleaning is fully insured. However, our liability for any damage to property is limited to the actual cost of repair or replacement, up to the amount paid for the specific service that caused the damage. We are not liable for damage to items that were not disclosed, improperly installed, or already in a state of disrepair. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and design elements — is the property of Stellar Window Cleaning and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.
